Studio Foundations - Abstract Exploration

Your place is confirmed once full payment has been received.

As each Studio Session is intentionally limited to a maximum of six participants, places cannot be held without payment.

Please choose your session carefully before booking.

As class numbers are limited and preparation begins before the term starts, bookings are non-refundable for change of mind or if you are unable to attend.

Missed sessions cannot be refunded, credited or transferred.

A minimum of four participants is required for each Studio Session to proceed.

If minimum numbers are not reached, you will be offered either:

• a full refund
• or the opportunity to transfer your booking to another available session

If Racheal Marie Studio needs to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either:

• a replacement session
• a credit towards a future Studio Session
• or a full refund

Unless otherwise stated, all required materials are included in your Studio Session fee.

Studio Circle participants are encouraged to bring their own current creative project and any specialised materials they wish to work with.

Studio Sessions begin promptly at the advertised time.

If you arrive late, you are still welcome to attend, however the session will finish at the scheduled time.

Racheal Marie Studio is a calm, respectful and supportive creative space.

Kindness, encouragement and respect for others are expected at all times.

Participants whose behaviour significantly disrupts the experience of others may be asked to leave without refund.

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring children arrive and are collected promptly.

Participants remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian outside scheduled class times.

A current working with children card can be presented at the first lesson for concerned parents.

Please wear suitable clothing that you do not mind getting paint or art materials on.

Closed shoes are recommended.

Please advise Racheal Marie Studio of any allergies, medical conditions, learning considerations or support needs that may affect participation.

From time to time, artwork, hands at work or the studio environment may be photographed for promotional purposes.

Participant privacy will always be respected.

Please advise before your session if you or your child would prefer not to appear in photographs.

Studio Sessions are designed to encourage creative exploration, confidence and growth.

Every participant develops at their own pace, and the focus is on learning, experimentation and enjoying the creative process.
